OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We have a streamlined and systematic process for selection of candidates. To begin with, we have a large and continuously expanding database covering a wide spectrum of industries at various functional levels. We have fully computerized search procedures, to ensure optimum utilization of available data.The next step is to meet the candidate, speak to him/her and analyze the suitability of the candidate for a particular job, based on a set of parameters which include technical skills, personality, communication and presentation skills, career orientation, commitment to job, analytical abilities, responsibility and maturity levels, ambition, motivation, integrity and loyalty.

If necessary we also advertise in leading publications and opt for head hunting if required. We specialize in sourcing niche requirements. We assure our clients of in-depth research, confidentially and thorough verification of track records in such placements.We focus on providing our clients with ‘selectable’ candidates, after completing all the necessary groundwork, to save time and render cost-effective and efficient services.

We will connect the candidates whose CV shortlisted and conduct Tele-conference interviews with the client seeking convenient timings from both of them. And if the candidate got selected, we will ask our client to send the APPOINTMENT LETTER to us and the same will be forwarded to the candidates. This is the procedure we follow to all our clients. For Permanent deployment, we will replace the candidate at Free of cost, if the candidate leaves with or without the consent of the organization within a period of 3 months due to some reason.

COMMERCIAL TERMS

We charge 8.33% for deploying Engineers/ Designers and other categories for one time payment for the candidates taken by the client for permanent or on company payroll.

On the basis of TPC(Third party contract) we will charge on Rate per hour/Man month rate, case to case depending upon the job category and Experience based upon the Market.

PAYMENT TERMS

For One time payment, the client has to release the payment on or before one Month from the day of Invoice received. The tax invoice + gst will be made on the date of appointment of the candidate.

For TPC, on receipt of the Time-sheet, invoice will be sent to the client. The payment should be made on or before 7 days from the day of Invoice.

In case, for One time payment if the candidate leaves the organization within a period of 3months without information, KM will provide the same category professional on Free of cost.
